Pacenet how can u do this?? Frequent Disconnection

I am really very sad to write my review against Pacenet of whom I was a satisfied customer for nearly a year. After having a horrible experience of Exatt net. My cablewala shifted me to Pacenet and I was quite happy till last month. I am using 128 kbps unlimited. The problem started as below:

1>  My previous system was on Windows XP;  4 months back I bought new laptop and installed Windows Vista (bought separately GENUINE).

No worries the setup was fine. Pacenet dialer everything got installed well; I got connected to my fav pacenet after telling them to change my MC Address. Things were going fine as previously except one problem i.e. after long hours of connection; my pacenet dialer hangs and so as my internet connection. And then on shutting down my Windows I get error after long time with (BOD) Blue Screen Of Death that DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. So I have to forcefully shut down my windows. I found in net that Windows Vista has some problem with PPP drivers I consider it as my fault switching to Vista, so nothing more can I do than waiting for either the patch to be released by Microsoft or new Vista compatible driver by Pacenet people. Thats way I accepted my faith and went ahead thinking no fault of Pacenet and again happy with my love Pacenet. BUT............................

2> After 3 months of  successfully running pacenet on Vista; the problem started creeping up. One day I found my 128 kbps speed downloading at 1 mbps speed; WOW.... I thought might be some problem in ISP has removed the restriction so I enjoyed downloading. This continued for 2 days and after 2 days back to normal :( . Any way I thought that it might be my award for being a loyal pacenet customer. BUT..................... After a week I found that I am not able to connect to my ISP. I thought may be some technical stuff going on. This continues for 2 more days (NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE). I went to my cablewala technical guy who was not picking up the phone. I came to know that he is out of the city SO I thought to call the PACENET customer CARE directly. I called for the first time and nobody was picking up the phone....OHHHHHHHH NOOOOOOO my dear PACENET ..... Later with my good fortune I am able to talk to them. They informed me that ’They have disabled the connection since I was using more speed than alloted’ I told them I dont know how to do that and also confessed that it happened only for 2 days few weeks back. They told me to format my machine or scan full machine. I informed that I am using Genuine Windows Vista with all updates and have an always updated Antivirus plus updated Windows Defender. They told me to scan my whole machine and then only they will enable my connection. I agreed and after 3 and half hours of operation they enabled my login** BUT................................... NOW THE REAL PROBLEM STARTED...........

3> After they enabled my login I am facing frequent disconnection. Every 10 - 50 min I am facing disconnection. This is very irritating; when having voice chat or when u keep some thing to download at night and in the morning u find that it was disconnected and the auto-connect has also failed. I talked to pacenet guys regularly but nothing much happened. Sending them mails with logs but no reply. They finally created some linuxuser id asking me to try. But ALAS......... nothing happened; same result. Now I am getting on my nerves. My cablewala told me that if I want he can change my ISP. Having good relationship with PACENET I thought to give one more chance so last time I renewed to 1 month 128kbps unlimited instead of 3 month. BUT 20 days over nothing changed; In between I came across broadband forum where one person with same pain has reported that once you have downloaded 25-30 gb the PACENET starts treating you like this. Yesterday night I threatened to customer care to quit and now I am counting my 10 days waiting ... so that I leave my LOVE PACENET AND marry another ISP.......................................... :(....

HOPE THIS 10 DAYS CAN CHANGE MY DECISION AND I CONTINUE WITH PACENET............... WILL IT HAPPEN PACENET???*
