After a bad experience with MTNL Delhi’s broadband service and a dead telephone for more than a month with no resolution, I had decided to call it quits and go for a local broadband. Got connected with Pacenet, been almost a month now and I don’t see much issues. More than an ISP I would say what matters more is the franchisee/service guy who is selling and maintaining these connections. Whenever there is a tripping down of the internet, I call up the service guy and he resolves the issue quickly. Speed is quite good. 1.5 Mbps WiFi supports 2 laptops and 2 smartphones at the same time with good downloads. In my case, this has been satisfactory so far however, I need to wait and watch.
