Even if you send them connection speed proof by email they take a week to reply to your emails. THey never agree speed is slow in Written Communication. Their helpdesk phone lines are ALWAYS BUSY 24x 7. Very difficult to contact customer support desk on phone.
Pacenet relies on local cable operator to MARKET their product. You can bargain the installation charges. However, when it comes to Subscription and Usage Plans. this cable guy will charge you based on which area or surrounding you stay - if you are in Raheja he would charge high, if in a middleclass level building, then he will reduce too.
No email alerts for the expiry. Service is down usually 3 days in a month. . Their plans are based on area. which means again cable operator takes a higher margin. Their website never mentions PRICING. which means you can be charged ANY amount based on how "new" bakra you are.

pacenet internet / pacenet broadband / pacenet cable internet= they promise high speed BUT NEVER give it. when u complain they say speed goes UPTO that much but we cannot guarantee anything more thatn 1/3rd the package speed. BEWARE of Pacenet Internet Broadband.
