I had booked Singapore and Malaysia holiday package for my family on new year’s eve. Although I booked the package at very last moment, they planned my tour perfectly.
The best thing was their quality systems. I got call from them one day before my travel and they explained my tour itinerary, confirmed the flight timings, updated the weather information etc.
Also during the trip, I got call from Mr. Sandeep to check whether everything is going fine (I had communicated my local no. to them). The choice of hotel was excellent. They also upgraded my hotel in Genting to Awana Highlands. My family really enjoyed the trip.
