If you are in Bangalore and planning to relocate within city, my genuine advice dont take their services. I was planning to relocate within Bangalore city, so I gave my details on just dial for quotations on shifting my stuff.
This guy named Anil mobile number 9742831133, called me many times and finally I called him to get quotation. He asked for Rs 7200 all inclusive. He asked me for Rs 1000 as token money, but luckily I was not having that much money in my pocket so I gave him 400. He gave me receipt and put time 9 am on 01 Feb 2014
On 31st January I called him and he confirmed that his guys will be there, the next day, by 7am (2 hours before agreed upon time). Started calling him from 7:30 am till 11:30 on 01st Feb 2014 just to hear that they cannot do it today and will do tomorrow, I asked him where I am going to stay with my stuff but he was still arrogant and rude.
Real thanks to my flat owner that he allowed me to stay another half day, of 2nd Feb, and delayed his flat work for another half. I am calling this guy for refund of my token money but he is not picking my call. I told him I am going to police but still he is not returning it.

From their website I got contact details and tried to sent a mail but that also got bounced back. If you want to save your time and money and want to move to new place with happy mood so my advise is not to hire these people.
Please dont consider it a case of Rs 400, I am not worried about that either but the physical and mental agony that I went through for 2 days.
