Delaying for giving policy amount.

My mother has an Insurance policy in PACL Insurance Ltd, (Policy number: U209293321).


Policy matured 1 year before, still we didn’t get the policy amount. Our insurance agent always saying you will get the amount next month,


I am not satisfied by your services. There is no proper website for tracking our policy.


Please try to solve my problem.
