I used this service to send a courier to my sisters college- at Vellore Institute of Technology from Bangalore. I was carried away with the association of ’FEDEX’ with their service and trusted the name. I am so disgusted at the moment with the nature of service, arrogance of the customer ’care’ guys, the staff.
Apart from delay in delivery, what hits to the most is the frustration of not being able to locate where your consignment is. Their website is another horrible experience showing the wrong status and phone numbers which do not exist. And finally when someone does receive your call, you are subjected to ignorance of the staff and total apathy /lack of concern for a consignment which is their responsibility. FEDEX must seriously be out of their mind to associate with such a horrible courier service.
Never ever go for this courier service unless you are prepared for anxious days and be at the receiving end of thorough unprofessionalism.
