Page 3 Copy Controlled Disc
I got the Page 3 Disc from Planet M, Shoppers Stop at Andheri (W), my sister wanted to hear it, she loves every song of that album, I heard it too I liked the songs too, so I decided to carry the songs on my portable MP3 player, I put the disc and ripped it into MP3 format and played it to make sure if it was ripped without any problems, and it was sounding excellent, I went to put the disc back in the CD case and a small paper fell out of it, I picked it up and it read This CD is a Copy Protectd CD Thank you very much for purchasing this CD and helping the cause of ’’Anti-Piracy’’. the recordings in this CD have an anti-copying function. They cannot be copied into a PC.
In order for you to enjoy high quality music, we have added this special technology. Usage guidelines : This CD cannot be burnt onto a CD-R or hard disk, nor can it be converted into MP3 for file sharing........ and some more stuff. Well im pretty confused did they really test if the CD can really be copied or not.
The Album is a very good collection, including songs by Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, Suresh Wadkar, Abhijeet, Adnan Sami, Amit Kumar, Sapna Awasthi, Kylie Minogue and Shaan-Sagarika. The film is produced by Bobby Pushkarna and directed by the national award winning Madhur Bhandarkar with music by Shamir Tandon and lyrics by Sandeep Nath Ajay Jhingran. The Disc contains a bonus track by Asha Bhosle & Abhijeet.
I really cannot compare one song to another because they are as unique as the movie is. Maybe EMI music should really work hard on protecting their CD’s from getting copied. Last word this is a fablous Album it costs Rs. 125 /- and I can vouche that its worth every penny. A+ Album.
