As we all know kashmir is known as ’heaven on earth’ and as its name implies kashmir will never disappoint whenever you go there. I am a travel lover and if someone ask me about my favourite destination than it definitely will be Kashmir.
Kashmir has almost two different weather to offer and both are pleasant and good at their own ways. When you visit kashmir in summers ie the month of march to may. In summers you can enjoy a view full of flowers specially in Gulmarg where flowers blossom looks very beautiful; known as Meadow Of Flowers.
If you plan to visit kashmir in winters ie in the month of december to February then you will be able to enjoy snowfall. The whole kashmir has a layer of snow and really looks like heaven on earth.
One of the hidden gem of kashmir is Pahalgam. And your trip will be incomplete until you visit this beauty.
Pahalgam is very peacefull, beautiful and isolated hidden beauty of kashmir. Betaab valley where the film betaab was shoot has a sceneric view that will soothe your eyes. Other attractions are chandanwari, aru valley, sheshnag lake, kashmir valley and the 7 points where you can only go by the pony.
You will see army personal all over pahalgam just because of security reason; here you can not go out of your hotel after 8-9 PM. The market of pahalgam is not like the mall road of other tourist destinations. It has some shop, as you can shop minimal.
