I was on the market for a Samsung Series 6, 46" LCD TV. This particular model is not available in display in any store. I did read the product user manual and got familiarized with the product features before I started shopping. During my search, most of the store’s sales guys understanding of the product is quite pathetic except couple of them.
One in Samsung store at BTM layout 100 feet road where he had good grasp on the feature and the other in the Pai store, Kormanagala. Pai sales guy went in great length to explain the contrast ratio and other nitty gritty of the TV.
In terms of the price, the best rate that I got is from Pai and since this particular model is not in stock, the delivery was delayed 5 days than what has been promised. They did not create any fuss when I used credit card for payment.
