This is to appreciate your company people and service done for my ONE PLUS ONE Mobile which I bought it from Amazon India last month.
My mobile screen has broken, when I checked the cost for One Plus One service center they are charging at 12500/- for a screen replacement which is more than 70% of the mobile. I was shocked and went out and checked in 3rd party vendors Sangeetha & Univercell outlets they had quoted me around 7k for the screen. Finally I visited to check the cost at Pai Indiranagar CMH road outlet, to my surprising they have quoted me Rs 5500/- which is all the way reasonable for my pocket. within 1 day they have replaced with new screen. now mobile is working fine. Wanted to thank you for the service and appreciate your store team for the effort taken for a non pai customer like me. Good to know that still people are there who does fair business practices who doesn’t loot the customers pocket. keep it up!
