I bought a Samsung 1.5 ton a/c which was having some problem, which I noticed after a week. Immediately I call Pai customer service center and informed them that their is some problem with my ac and its not cooling as it required. Same day evening itself a technician came and inspected the product and told that the a/c outdoor unit having some problem.
He is going to repair it. I got frustrated and called Pai to replace the a/c and I dont want to get it repaired as it was just 4 to 5 days old, instantly they told me same day replacement is not possible. But I told them I dont want any repair. They told me replacement you have to wait for few days as per company policy.
I agreed and thought the process will take hell lot of time, but for my surprise I got it next days itself got it replaced and installed by their technician. I really appreciate the service pai provided to me. And when I was purchasing also the guy who educated me about the product in better way. I have better experience.
