Deliver more than expected.
2 days back (16-09-2013 Monday) I have booked the Fridge in Pai Indiranagar near to CMH rd showroom. Good place to purchase elctronic products deals with all the brands . Sales personnel have good knowledge about the products but my experience was only poor at the cash counter.
Floor wise cash counter can be implemented. When it comes to delivery, it was incomparable. While booking it was committed 24 wrk hrs even after requesting they stuck to their timing but surprisingly it was delivered within 6 hr after billing.
Deliver more than they commit.
