Long back I have purchased Sony LED in Delhi now I am settled in Bangalore due to some issue in the product I searched on Google I got Pai customer care number when I contacted them they searched my data in their data base.
They couldn’t find as I have purchased in different places. I assumed they are only taking care of Pai customer and I asked for Sony direct number but they have taken my details and registered the complaint and my complaint got attended the very next day.
I was really happy in spite of not being their customer they have helped me. Recently I have purchased a Samsung mobile from Pai mobiles. I got a small gift (Umbrella).
