I bought a LG LCD TV about 10 months back from Pai International Indiranagar branch. There are many electronics shops on 100 feet road, so I checked price for this particular model in each of those shops. Pai offered me lowest price. It was just 200 Rs. less than the next lowest price but still I dont think it was worth negotiating more. One thing I did not like was the sales guy tried hard to sell me LED TV. I kept telling him I was not interested and neither I could make out difference in picture quality. Frankly if you dont keep them side by side, there is no way one can tell which one is LED and which is LCD.
Anyway, I also got free home delivery and installation done. I did not opt for wall mounting at that time and I was told I can have it any time within one year. And recently I moved to a new house. I called up Pai customer care, I didn’t even have my bill with me and still just based on my mobile number they sent a guy very next day who did an amazing job of mounting it on wall.
Till date I haven’t faced any problem with the TV set, but I guess that credit goes to LG rather than Pai.
I would also like to mention, they give out these lucky draw coupons, I got like 20 of those but did not win a prize. I went to the lucky draw function and it was quite transparent. It was just my bad luck.
