I had bought a Sharp micro-oven on 23rd Feb14 from HRBR outlet.
When the guy came in for demo they realized that I was sold an defective piece. Hence went back to the showroom and complained. I was told that this unit will be replaced.
Ive been constantly following up but in vain. Am yet to get an replacement, and am told they are yet to get an approval.
I just dont understand who this authority in person is and why dont they realize its a mistake from their end and they better do the needful by getting this replaced.
