I visited the Sarjapur PAI Branch and selected a Samsung 195 ltr refrigerator and placed the order after making the payment, I checked with the manager for stock and he told me that a new piece will be delivered within 24 hrs, the next day I got the delivery, when checked the fridge was the same display piece that I had seen in the show room.
I went back to the showroom asking for an explanation and replacement but the manager there started fooling me saying he had informed me that I would be given the display piece, I was taken aback hearing his story, why would any customer pay for a new fridge and buy a display piece, the manager (Gagan) was neither apologetic nor was agreeing that it was a mistake rather started making up stories....I have made purchases in pai before in rajajinagar branch and had not seen any such issues, because of individuals the whole companies reputation is put under stake.
My sincere request to consumer is not to visit Sarjapur Pai branch as you may be taken for a ride. I had to escalate this issue to Pai’s higher management since I felt cheated.
