I purchased an LG refrigerator and and AC from Pai International RR Nagar, Bangalore. After taking full payment they sent goons to deliver the refrigerator who came and forcibly dumped a refrigerator with full of scratches. The LG guy sitting in showroom by name Kumar initially said please use the refrigerator for a day and tomorrow we will come and apply chemical to wipe the scratch. After a day showroom guys said LG company transport has issue and it is very common to get scratched refrigerators. Now they are saying they cannot replace since refrigerator is turned on. Where in it was the LG person sitting in showroom who asked us to turn it on. Very unprofessional experience and looks like PAI international RR nagar have mastered the art to cheat customers by dumping damaged goods forcibly. So please be very careful.
