Customer service is awesome
8 months back I have purchased mobile from Pai International unfortunately my son dropped the mobile in water.
When I carried my mobile to service center they asked for my Bill copy which I have lost when my house was shifted. When I contacted Pai International they explained me the process and informed as it will take 24 working hrs to sent duplicate bill copy for my mail ids. when I explained my situation they understood my issue they took my mail id and forwarded
The duplicate bill copy within 45 min which made me very surprise. Pai’s Value added service is awesome..
