Hi Friends!Today I will share my experience with Pal Veg Point Rajajipuram Lucknow.It is a street food corner In Rajajipuram.It is located Opposite Tempo Stand, Rajajipuram, Lucknow.Timings are from 11 AM to 11PM. You can get here fast food and Veg Biryani, Veg Kebab Paratha, Momos, Chili Paneer, Momos etc.To understand it much better lets have a look below
Food And Presentation-I will say it is hideous as I went there with my cousin and I ordered Veg Kebab Paratha and my cousin ordered Chili Paneer and Fried Rice.It cost us approximately Rs 300/=.The Kebabs which they served me was very bad as the dough of Kebab was releasing a stink which we often feel when the food become old and rotten.While Paratha was just ok .Talking about the Chili Paneer so the quality of paneer was bad as it was not feeling Like Paneer which Made by milk, it was feeling the paneer of soybean .There was no taste in Chili Paneer as it was full of salt and chili therefore no taste of chili paneer was there in it.Talking about the presentation of food so it was also below average as there was no garnishing of Kebabs and the way they served Chili Paneer was also very awkward.Moreover They even do not know how to Place Paratha in Plate properly.They served Item in Plastic plates.My experience in Food and Presentation with them was not satisfactory at all.
Ambience-No way for it as there is nothing on the name of ambience here.What you see as ambience here are shade of tent as roof and a iron made food counter on which the Cook Cooks the Paratha and other Fast Food.Talking about sitting arrangements so there is nothing inside their shop for sitting you have to sit on road as they have placed the Plastic table and chairs on road they are very few in numbers almost every time you have to eat your meal standing or on your bike or car.The staff is also very nasty as they are very unhygienic wearing dirty and stinking clothes.
Customer Service-It is no doubt fast they want to serve very fast to their customer due to which they often forget to bring entire items of order.I mean if you order them Kebab Paratha Fried Rice and Manchurian So they will only bring any two of them and forget rest therefore you have to tell the same again and again.This point should be improved by their side.There is lots of scope of improvement .
Value For Money-Not a perfect place to value for money as their Manchurian and fried rice are a bit expensive with bad taste .Paratha cost Rs10 per Paratha and Parathas are also not cooked well with oil therefore appear Roti instead of Paratha. According to my experience price are not very high but the bad quality of food item lacks the value for money of them.
My opinion about them is you can only go here Friend rice as it is less bad taste in comparison to other items .Else there is nothing special in them for which you visit them.
