My parcel from Pune and Mumbai sent thru Palande Courier took over a week! Even an ordinary post would have been faster. The online tracking is very basic, except’In Process’ there are no further details No coordination between head office and branches.
Head office do not have first hand information about the status No process in place to proactively inform the receiver if the delivery was attempted and if the house was locked. No note left by them or even contacted for that matter They give lame excuses that there is delay due to rain. Usual to heavy rains DO NOT stop business(Except if it’s something like Mumbai 26-Jul-2006) The branches seem to be operated as if it’s a low priority activity, no seriousness given to timely delivery, customer need and prompt communication.
