I sent courier from Pune to out side Maharashtra. I was told it will be delivered in 3 days. It almost took 10 days to deliver it. By this time, I could have had gone myself and delivered the letter.
Worst Tracking System. They have online system. But it doesnt give any details at all. Finally I had to call my self to their delivery contacts at destination to get the status.
Do not use this for out of Maharashtra deliveries at all.
Speed post is lot better.
