WARNING:when ever u read review from this scracthuhead name dont quench for , ./’-=)(*&^%$#@! becoz these things r secondary.Just stick only to the theme and moral.these ., /? r just like some bad songs or sequence, when those things come usually people walk out of the theater for break.so take wat u want and leave others.
Lets us go to the story long long ago little or so long ago there was a village (name unknown to me).There was a school in bad health, so the princi was sad and usually when a govt finds some thing non profitable for them , not for the public, then they usually try to encounter those subjects or objects.In the same way the school was given encounter notice to be closed.
Here come the hero , oru koodai sun light, moon light, mercury light , sodium vapour, allthese things r not there kindly forgive us becoz this was a real subject portrayed and not a comical or fiction subject where heros intro with 10000...... girls with little dress and more flesh dance or run here and there, these things are not in thangar bachan palikoodam, so the start is praised.the main story line up is that a school is about to be closed not for holiday but life time due to bad climatic condition(pressure from villian and politics)mr. thangar a nominal man go in search to find some diamonds(alumini students).
First he meets a collector, next a director, then his tution teacher, .he comes to city mainly to invite those glittering diamonds , who were from his school(past) for a function.
There r lot of flash back showing how these diamonds were before in school age and how they have developed or deteriorated now.now comes some love flashback where collector had a love with sneha who now is a teacher in village.
Their lov starts at an early period , say when they were not matured.we hav a song like , how we have item song v have a song which is a flash back song like"teenda teenda, " to my knowlege.this might be avoided.finally thangar struggle hard and bring all his classmates and his alumini members to the function and made it a history where by he made his school in his village to create lot of diamonds , platinum, gold silver, etc
The camera was good with mild lighting , little resembling with a documentary movie.music by barathwaj remembered little about ilayaraja, but once song start paliku povom remembered a govt ad lyrics starting with "school chale hum"which came some 3 or 4 yrs before .Other aspects r good.
Like how I gav a warning that while reading my review dont see , .;’-=etc(errors)like that dont see the mistakes see the message which is really good and sentimental, which made many youngsters or teenagers to feel for their classmates who were in different geomentrical, geographical, geologhical and historical backgroung at present.
Thanks for the director to giv a story with realistic thoughts and ideas.But one thing was common in director CHERAN, THANGAR BACHAN and SEEMAN every story is flash back orientent, u might be friends but there should be some variation.They always should not tend towards same flash back subjects.
