This company believes in quantity of work not quality of work. In this company, even if you got career growth then there’s very little opportunity for you to survive in the banking market because they even appoint very low qualified personal to higher post. e.g. CPA and Team Leader post for HSC students. It has very bad reputation in the banking market. It has several branches all over India but I am quiet sure about its reputation in Mumbai. It has very low and poor salary structure compared to its other competitor. Work environment is very congested and cramped. Managers are very irritating and abusive for new personals. THEY NEVER PAY SALARY ON TIME. you will even get salary after a month. Very heavy and unnecessary work pressure.
