In every phase of eye testing(like eye testing, reading, pressure check and doctor consultation.etc) they really care about the patient and ensure everything perfect
They(i.e. Doctors) respond all your queries politely. This is applicable for other staffs too
The entire test process will take 2-3 hours. Consultation Rs 100/-
Poors can utilize their free eye surgery if require. Hope they are doing this everyday
Free bus service from/to till pallavaram from hospital
Cons(Though it not applicable for me ?)
No Airconditioned reception… No Hi-fi Electricals… LED Lights… etc. Its very simple
No priority given to you. You will be treated like others and you must wait till they call you
Most of them(except doctors) comfort only with Tamil
