Panasonic 450 L Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator(NR-BW465VNX4) is not very user - friendly. understanding its working can take a lot of time and especially for those people who are particularly not good with technology, like me. in the beginning, it can be very annoying and frustrating to use it and you dont know which button to press and which not to even after reading the instructions manual a 1000 times and it can be very confusing sometimes.
it doesnt have a good durability. one or the other problem takes place and then you have to call the maintenance and it can cost you a lot sometimes if its a big problem.
it is less handy than I expected. the zone which is supposed to keep the food items fresh doesnt work properly and it has happened many times with me that even though the fridge was plugged in, it would’nt cool the items.
I bought this refrigerator, even though it was very costly for 63, 000 Rs is because I really wanted a double door fridge . I think that rather than making haste I should’ve waited a bit longer as now, in the market there are better designs than this and this doesnt look very attractive and styling too. it looks a bit old fashioned now.
the service and support of the company are fine, they come within 3-2 days after the call but the only problem is that after they fix the fridge, it works fine for the following 3 or 4 days but then starts doing the same problem again so I dont think the service and support are very effective.
