Poor quality as the machine is having mechanical issue. the machine looks good but the product quality is not too good as my expectation. the body material is pure plastic. . use in inner and outer portion of the body.installation not done by panasonic. so the service of panasonic is not so goos as my expectation. the product is not working properly. and having some problems such as the drainage system is not working properly. I just fade up with this machine. during washing the machine make too much noise.
