We purchased Panasonic Front Load 6 kg Machine in late 2013. We faced lot of problems in that. In 2016, just after warranty was over, we had to spend Rs. 4, 500/- on replacing door closer sensor, which is a serious problem of this machine. Its durability and reliability is really serious issue and machine doesn’t run without it.
Again recently, there was a problem and we were told that there is a prblem with a PCB and there is no repair, only replacement which costs Rs. 17, 000/-. For a awshing machine, costing Rs.27, 000/-, PCB replacement cost of RS. 17, 000/- is something which is really a serious matter, when all other mechanical components and drum and everything is ok.
We are totally unhappy with the way we faced problems with the machine.
