This is my 8th year with my Panasonic7.0kg semi-automatic washing machine ( NA-W70B2) .Even a single problem has not come yet.There was no need to seek customer care service.Even its colour has not changed.It still looks new and works in good condition. This is apt for the big family with more than 6 members like mine.I strongly recommend Panasonic to them who want durability, reliability and convenient.
