Panasonic have no idea for customers life

Panasonic should change their tag line "ideas for life"I bought a split Cube 1.25 ton AC last in April 2012 for my office  . As the summers are approaching I wanted to avail an free service offered by Panasonic within one year of purchase.


I called up their customer care (or say don’t care) on last Thursday  07th March 2013 to book service request after many attempts and irrelevant questions by their executive like provide me dealer phone no. from where I bought the ac and do I have split or window AC (they don’t even know the cube only comes in split variant) I don’t know what they do with data they collect at the time of selling the product?.


I was finally able to log my request and got the request no. PI-ASC-1303-023230 and they assured me that I’ll get call from technician in 24 hrs to co ordinate the time. But no one called till Saturday 09 March 2013 evening I got call around 1:00 pm (011-64573614) and he told me that he is coming for service and asked me what AC do I have and the address so again after asking me bunch of questions the care center did not passed any information about product to service Guy. I again given him the information and requested to come on Monday as Saturday is off at office. and he said that if I want to get AC service I should get it now else he has no time. And I refused and told him that I’ll complaint this to Panasonic. I tried calling Panasonic but no luck.


I again got call on Monday 11 March 13  morning (Mobile: 8826846955) and said that he is coming for AC service but till afternoon no one came and I called up the number and he confirmed that he will reach by 3:30 pm but he never turned up till evening and stooped picking up my calls.


I once again called him today morning and asked when will he come, his reply was "Ho Jayega Time nahin Bata Sakte" (it will be done with no time commitment).


So this is the Idea Panasonic has for the customers Life .I am sure not to go for Panasonic in future for any product.
