Its been just 4 days since I have been using it. Satisfied with its performance except that the fan of its outdoor unit makes a sound like it is touching something like a wire or some object. however its not continuous.it is irritating though when the ambience is silent at night.otherwise product is good. Panasonic is a brand so u can trust their products easily. I am satisfied with its air condition. If you are thinking to buy an air condition then u will go with Panasonic. This is my opinion on rhis products hopefully this helps.
