I have been suggested by a someone to buy this AC, and last year I bought a Panasonic AC, I bought it for Rs. 30 K all were going good 2 months after I find there a problem of installation because of that irritating sound was coming out.
I called in customer care, I told the executive about this issue and he asked me to Register complain and I lodged the complain as I said and Executive told me to wait for 24 HRS engineer will come and will short out you Grievances. After 72 HRS I did not Received any Calls From Panasonic not even engineer had come.
I experiences that They do not help during customer support. After the 1.5 ton was installed, the outdoor unit was making sound. . It is now 2 weeks it is not addressed by Panasonic . How come a new item bought with 30 k rupees, not working and not addressed by Panasonic. Next I need to go to consumer court. Be careful before going to buy Panasonic’s Product.
