Horrible service for Panasonic air condition in Kolkata. Never buy it. Not even from Khosla in Baguihati. They do not help during customer support. After the 1.5 ton was installed, the outdoor unit was making sound. The people came for installation told that there is a problem and needs to be addressed. So I put a complain to Panasonic service centre via Khosla. It is now 2 weeks it is not addressed. How come a new item bought with 30 k rupees, not working and not addressed by Panasonic. Next I need to go to consumer court. Be careful before going to Khosla.
