We bought 5 Panasonic Ac 2 years back. The "only" good thing about them is that they are cheaper as compared to diakin...buying a Panasonic ac has been my biggest regret..they r a headache..they stop working above 24 degrees, u can’t keep the ac at 25 or 26 deg temperature...their gas keeps leaking, during the warranty they came n filled it 2-3 times but didn’t do any permanent repair or exchange of product..now, we r spending money from our own pocket for getting gas filled since 1 year warranty has lapsed and also now the capacitor has failed..better to buy diakin..do not waste your money on this cheap product
