I bought Panasonic as the dealer recommended. Now I realise dealers get good deals from Panasonic. After sales service is horrible. After initial installation hiccups AC worked fine during warranty then there was no cooling.
Problem no 1: Gas leaks and it takes 5 days to fix and lots of’Tips’
Problem no.2: Within 4 years of purchasing the’COMPRESSOR’ stops when temperature is nearing 40 degrees.
After many emails/phone calls we came to know that it will take at least 20 days to replace one. May be more!
SERVICE IS MINUS RATING!
DON"T BUY PANASONIC AC, your dealer is definitely getting a fat cheque which will be taken away from you as 3rd class after sales service.
