Bought Panasonic Cube ac on march 2011. Im never satisfied with this AC. Company claim they designed it for Indian weather. This 1.25tonn. Ac im using in my 12X12 bedroom. Not cooling up, sometimes it automatically switches off. I raised complaint with the dealer, no response received. Two weeks back out unit totally stopped working. I raised complaint with Panasonic dealer and customer care also. They said that
they assign job to their local service center, no response received even after one week after my complaint. Finally I contacted private service company, they visited said, this particular model ac parts not available even with Panasonic company.
Finally I came to know. I’m now the one, whoever bought panasonic cube ac having similar problems, they are buying new and better brand ACs instead of repairing as Panasonic fail to support their customers.
