I bought A Panasonic AC in November 2011. The compressor has conked off few days ago. The service guy cam after 2-3 days and now he says they will replace the compressor but I will have to pay 2600 Rs. for gas refilling. Why should I pay for gas refilling when AC was in perfect working condition?
They say it is a procedure as a part of replacement of compressor. In that case it is their responsibility and why should I bear these expenses. Their part has the fault so they have to replace it free of charge irrespective of whatever is the cost of replacement.
