Customer service resources dont have full information of service tickets
Installation team charged me 30k with 3 visits with incorrect methods within a year.
They are highly incompetent and untrained staff.
Product is good however lack of skill staff has ruined their brand value
At a given time 3 to 4 ppl come to check the issue
Panasonic team keep basic standards who handles your devices and your customers.Wont recommend your brand only for this reason. I regret buying your brand
