I had purchased 3 Panasonic split AC’s from Vijay Sales Pune in Feb 2013. On 02 May 2014, the AC was not cooling. Their technician told me there is leakage of gas, I will have to pay 2500/- for refilling.
I spoke to customer service regarding faulty installation and therefore, the gas leakage but no use.
Beware, Panasonic installation service is pathetic. Be ready to pay for gas leakage.
