Panasonic 1.5Ton A.C. good product bad service

I’m using this 1.5Ton Panasonic split A.C. for the last 4 yrs and never had much problem. But one month back it stopped cooling, and considering the costly product I decided to call the service guy of Panasonic, but they sent the technician on their service dealer "S.V. Cool Service". This technician informed that capacitor is gone and it needs to be replaced, and we went ahead to replace it with Panasonic original part as suggested by technician. And with change in parts technician only superficially cleaned the indoor unit, and said outdoor unit don’t need servicing or cleaning. But within 45 days again the A.C. has stopped cooling. Now panasonic again need visiting charges for technician and not ready to replace the faulty capacitor, which was changed 01 month back. Hence I can say that product is good by service backup is extremely bad, since these dealers are just trying to extract money for visits, but not doing their job properly
