Hi, I had purchased two inverter air conditioner. after one year two air conditioners have same problem for outdoor fan motor and outdoor pcb problem. they had come and checked and told me the problem is with outdoor pcb and fan motor. for outdoor pcb cost is around INR 14000.00 AND FAN COST IS INR 4250. Total will be with service 19000 rupees. for new ac cost is INR 46000.00 they are cheating the people with spare parts. instead of repairing I am going to buy new ac other than Panasonic. Really this is the worst air conditioner. My suggestion even if they give free also dont take. It will be headache and time waste
