IF you are in Bangalore, do not buy any Panasonic refrigerators. If you don’t believe me, just call the Toll free number and find it by yourself.
They will answer the call but when you ask for ticket number they will not give because your complaint is not registered. I gave complaint in Jan, 2015 and its March 23rd and yet I did not receive any response from the Panasonic service center.
If anyone is related to Consumer Court agent then please forward this complaint to take action against this inconvenience.
