I have bought brand new refrigerator with inverter technology. Now that it sometimes gives cooling and many times not. Even cooling is very low. They are not ready to replace compressor even though it is under warranty.
Now that they say they will deduct 85% depriciation from purchase price and refund back 15% it is 9, 500 and odd amount. If world class co cannot locate fault and repair it then where should customer go
In fact never by a product with inverter technology because they donot have equipment to scan it and locate the problem.
They always give franchisee to tom dic and harry mumbra wala boys
