I had purchased a Panasonic Eluga Note(Gold) on 15th of November 2016 from Flipkart and it was delivered to me on 17th of November 2016. After using it for few days(approx 15 days) I have noticed that the mobile body color has been spread from the front side border corners which was really unexpected. I had communicated regarding this with Flipkart and they have stated that the Flipkart has been given 10 days replacement warranty and same period has been over. You can contact with Panasonic Service Center. I had visited to Panasonic authorized service center too(Unique Infosystems and Telecom, The Mall, Malad-west) and it was very bad experience. I explained to the customer service executive regarding the mobile issue, so he replied that they never give any warranty on body parts and you can contact Panasonic Customer Care. They are just ignoring the issue and directly denying to replace the body part. Things are just going round and round. Its really frustrating and inconvenience. Now I am forced to think that I have literally wasted my time and money.
