I read some of the reviews about panasonic gd-68. First of all, I was about to buy it.. luckly my friend got it for him before my purchase.. so escaped.. I went thru all the features.. According to me a phone should have a phonebook memory, nice clarity, network coverage and talk time.. then the other features matters like ringtones, colors, camera, sms. when I checked it I was happy to see phone memory, but be frank the clarity was really pathetic. I tried calling Hutch helpdesk, and I couldnt hardly hear from them. Now also when I call my friend I experience the same problem.. network coverage is not there compared to nokia. I checked with 3530. Colors are good but limits to 256 colors. there are gud features like GPRS, sms auto delete (one of our friends said about it) and other features.. yes it is good for a phone. but I want to know, if u dont have voice clarity and proper network coverage in a phone, and still u r worried about GPRS, u can go for it.. But if u r concerned about voice clarirty, network coverage and talktime of ur phone, then please have a second thought. my friend is really sad about backup time it gives but it is a lesser price 6000 with bill.
