i’ve paid Rs.1399.00 as detailed below. On delivery of above’ 5pcs cook & serve set’, I can pay - Rs 0099.00 balance and also return the defective Panasonic cordless phone that i’ve purchased
To this they replied after one replacement exchange can b allowed, when I asked for the mail id of their CEO in 2 days a courier boy turned up asking for a Delhi parcel w/o any notice. Fortunately he agreed to come next day when the packed parcel was handed over. After 20 days got the replacement but without hand set. since then sent them umpteen mails nd made calls when the tele executive wud say i’ll convey ur message personally to my senior who’ll call u in 2 hrs etc.but nothing has happened till date.
I’m prepared to exchange my Panasonic KX-TG3600 Cordless Phone(recd. w/o hand set) with above’ 5pcst cook & serve set’ as replacement. I’m now not ready to get phone which requires charging nd again if it doesnt work dont want to waste my time in wtg/calling Indiatimes Shopping. kindly do the needful at the earliest to restore the confidence of the internet buyers.
