I would suggest never go for any panasonic product. its really pain to have such products the name it self justified ...pain-asonic.
i got this product in last december and once it fell from my hand so the automatic lens got affected and very poor customer service support/ customer service center ...nobody listens to your qurey first and imposing der rules n regulations.
I submitted my just one month old camera to at registered service center(found from panasonic site -- even site is not updated abt service centers--half of them closed and deny to repair ). On 24th January. they said lens need to replace n we have ordered it and will take only 15 days to get it fixed.
Attrocious thing is they never follow up or let you know when its expected to fix the things as their all service centers are specialized in one panasonic product only. I gave my camera at goregaon(w) service center on 24 the January and they send this to another service center to vikhroli..
Every week I spend lot of money to call on service centers (they used to keep phone aside after receving by saying one minute without listening to your issue...dats really terrible) every week I need to dial three numbers for both centers den to its in vain...persons not available n all nobody calls back.
After three months on 24th April I heard back saying ur camera is ready and will charge dis n dis come n collect it. ....i call back on the center and attendant does not konw about it anything ....luckily I noted down the cell num of one of the person of that center dat helps and got the piece. While I saw fixed camera, they did nothing....picture quality become worst...it shows complete darkness in. auto detect feature didnt work...while I said wht you did they said dont know need to send another center ...means more three months....
I m ready to pay the whtever the expense ...I didnt even apply under warranty though it was only one month old because I m in badly need of it. I would suggest never go for such a idiot product for which they ever said to us we have ordered for import and suddenly says no need to import n all we have fixed.....its clear picture of misguiding the customer. After three months and speding lot of money, follow up I got my camera unfixed....again submitted them as they are asking hefty amount for unfixed peice so better need it fixed piece.
Hope will get after another 3 to 6 month.... but I request you who ever reads this please never go for this company;s product as nobody listens you and nobody cares for your money and time.I dont want to use F language on all and still waiting for my things to fix hope you wont be the one as I am.....Do call me b4 going for dis product as its worst experience...my num is 9820982299 wiil provide you frendly guidance for another company but never Painasonic.....
