Hello, I am sharing my personal experience with Panasonic MC, CG525 Dry vacuum cleaner. My experience with this product was very bad.
Before 10 months I was purchased this vacuum cleaner from the nearest local shop. In starting 3-4 months it was giving good performance. But after 4 months it was giving some problems. It gives highly heating When I was turn on the vacuum cleaner for cleaning after 15-20 minutes it was stopped suddenly when I was switch to turn on again and again but it doesn’t started. So, the durability of vacuum cleaner was weak and poor.
When I was calling customer service they doesn’t responding my call and not giving any reply.i was calling so many times but no reply I found. It was too irritating. The customer service was pathetic.
The vacuum cleaner was user friendly in starting I was using first time I was found so many problems to operate but after that I was understand it’s functions and easily operate it.
The design and style was little bit good not much more attractive. But the vacuum cleaner was easy to handy and light in weight and carry one place to another with it’s movable wheels .
Overall the vacuum cleaner was very good in other features but with its main features was not satisfying and not recommend to anyone to use and I will give it 1 out of 5.
