Am having this mixer from past 6 years, the mixer is so good and it is still working like a pro.we haven’t taken this to service centre till now, no issues with functioning.
These mixrer jars are having inter lock system, we have to lock the jar caps to the jar and then fit the jars to the mixer properly then only the mixer will run else it wont start.
So we have to carefully follow the instructions given by the mixer guy or read the mixer manual carefully then you are good to go.
I have given this mixer as a gift as well
