Worst Customer Care Experience!
I have purchased semi-automatic Washing machine(Model W65B2RRB). The pulsator came out after using for 4 months(usage 2 times for week).
The service guy came and told the pulsator part need to be changed and it will take 5 days to replace. I waited for 22 days as of now and still the service guys are waiting for the part to be received by them. I guess they are getting from Antarctica or from another planet.
Any part should be received in this modern era by maximum 5 working days.
The best thing is everytime you call the customer care, they will say we are escalating it and they will say it will be resolved in 24 hours. The service center guys says we have received the part just now in the parcel area and it will take maximum 3 days to come to the service centre.
I wonder how in a city like Hyderabad the transport takes 3 days to come from one part of the city to another.
Im waiting for the next explanation as the part what we received is damaged, so wait for another week, another week and so on.
This needs to be seriously taken as panasonic brand itself is becoming untrustful.
